1/2 lb fresh green beans
1 1/2 cups whole-wheat panko bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 Tbs sesame oil
Preheat oven 450• And coat a large jelly-roll pan with veg oil. In large bowl combine flour and salt. Add green beans and toss coat. In shallow dish, mix half of bread crumbs with half remaining salt. Place eggs in another shallow dish. A few at a time submerge the green beans in the eggs to cover then roll on bread crumbs to coat. Add remaining crumbs and salt to the breaking dish. Arrange beans in the prepared baking sheet in a single layer and drizzle with sesame oil. Bake 10-12 mins.
