1/2 cup chopped pistachios, toasted and roughly chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
big pinch red pepper flakes
1 1/4 cup baby arugula leaves or larger ones chopped

I didn't have the dill or mint so the herb paste was a little bland. I added a generous amount of lime juice and cumin powder and just put the minced garlic in there too. Turned out really, really tasy!
