2 cups mixed berries, frozen or fresh
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup quick oats
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp milled flaxseed
1 tbsp wheat germ
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Ice cubes
