Grilled or Broiled Chicken with Ginger and Cilantro

Ingredients: 

4 boneless, skinless chicken cutlets (2 breasts), 1 - 1.5 pounds, rinsed and patted dry with paper towels
1 Tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
3 Tbsp minced cilantro leaves
1 Tbsp peeled and minced fresh ginger
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Start a gas grill or broiler
  2. Combine ingredients (except the chicken), wisk well.
  3. Marinate chicken, if you have time
  4. Grill or broil quickly, 3-4 minutes each side
