2/3 cup defatted chicken broth ADD TO SHOPPING LIST
1 tablespoon finely minced fresh chives
1 tablespoon finely minced fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried
1 teaspoon coarse-grain mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 tuna steaks (about 5 ounces each)
