Gulkand Chai Recipe

Ingredients: 

1 and ½ cup water
2 tsp tea powder (chai patti)
¾ cup milk
2 tbsp rose preserve (gulkand)


  1. This recipe makes 2 cups of gulkand chai.
  2. Simmer 1 & ½ cup water.
  3. Add 2 tsp tea powder (chai patti). Simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Switch off the flame. Add in ¾ cup of hot milk.
  5. Next goes in 2 tbsp rose preserve (gulkand).
  6. Cover and steep for 3-4 minutes or more for a stronger chai.
  7. Strain and serve hot. Bon appétit!
