Dry onion
2 tsp chicken stalk + 1 Cup water
1 can cream of mushroom soup (or chicken)
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp flour (or corn starch for gluten free)
opt mushrooms
Brown hamberger. Add onion, chicken stalk, water, and mushroom soup. Simmer for 10-15 min. Stirr flour into sour cream in small bowl. Blend in one cup of hot mixture and return to skillet. Stirr constantly until thikens. Serve with rice or noodles.
