Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients: 

* 1-2lb bag of frozen hashbrowns (can be diced or shredded)

* 1-8 oz sour cream

* 1 can cream of chicken soup

* 1 stick butter

* 2 cups grated cheese

* 1/2 cup chopped onion

* 3 tablespoons bread crumbs


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Warm hashbrowns on stovetop but do not cook entirely

Melt butter and add sour cream, onions and cream of chicken to create a soupy mix

Pour hashbrowns into a greased 9*13 dish

Season potatoes w/salt and pepper

Sprinkle bread crumbs over top

Sprinkle 1 cup cheese on top and add soupy mixture to hashbrowns- stir/mix it up in dish

Sprinkle one more cup of cheese on top

Bake for 45 mins - 1 hour until hashbrowns turn golden and cheese melts and dish appears crispy
