3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup hazelnuts, chopped
Combine butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Slowly add flour. Slowly add hazelnuts. Shape into 12 inch roll. Wrap in wax paper. Regfrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cut into 1/4 inch slices. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
