Hazelnut Semifreddo with caramel sauce

Notes: 

minimize stirring when making the praline - swirl the pan. Mine didn't brown up.

Ingredients: 

for the praline:
16 oz hazelnuts
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
for the semifreddo:

1 vanilla bean
1/4 cup sugar
4 large eggs, separated
2 cups heavy cream
salt
for the Caramel Sauce:

1 cup of sugar
6 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
