Healthier Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients: 

1 12-oz. bag frozen cut leaf spinach, prepared and drained
1 15-oz. can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
2 tbsp olive oil
1 14-oz. can quartered artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
4 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2+ tsp hot sauce, to taste
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/4 tsp salt
