Healthier Wholemeal Fruit Loaf

Notes: 

Try tea instead of water, and add fruit peel. A touch more yeast?

Ingredients: 

500g wholemeal plain flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry yeast
370ml of water
2 tsp mixed spice (1 tsp cinnamon, 1/3 tsp allspice, 1/3 tsp nutmeg, 1/3 tsp ground cloves)
3/4 cup sultanas
1 Tbsp honey or agave
