Healthy Loaf

Ingredients: 

1 CUP SR Flour
1 Cup coconut
¾ cup muslei or (3/4 cup sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, rolled oats, pumpkin seeds)
¾ cup raw sugar
¼ cup sultanas


Then add 1 cup milk and mix altogether.
Put in a loaf tin and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake 45 minutes in a moderate oven.
