Ingredients: 

For the cookies:
1 cup of nuts – almonds, pecans, walnuts etc.
1 cup of dates
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1-2 tbsp liquid sweetener of choice, or water

For the vanilla cashew butter:
100g cashews
1 tsp vanilla extract/paste- make sure it doesn’t contain alcohol to keep it fully raw
