Ingredients: 

Para el helado: 400 gr de frutos del bosque variados (yo usé congelados), 200 ml de nata líquida, 100 gr de azúcar, 50 gr de azúcar invertido, tulipas de barquillo

Para la nata montada: 200 ml de nata líquida, 100 gr de azúcar glass
