Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup butter
1tbs water
1tbs lemon juice
Dash salt
Dash pepper
3 egg yolks


In microwave safe bowl, add butter, water, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Microwave for 1-2 minutes or until butter is melted. Whisk in egg yolks then microwave for 15 seconds. Whisk well. Microwave an additional 15 seconds. Whisk well. Sauce should be thick and creamy. If not, microwave an additional 15 seconds.
