Marinate the bauchfleisch with soy sauce, vinegar and garlic for 1 hour. Put all together in a sauce pan and bring to boil, add the pineapple juice and let it heat. Use a small skillet and put each meat gently with little amount of sauce until golden brown. Then add the bay leaves, dried water Lilly and pineapple chunks. Put a little bit flour to thicken the sauce and add some pepper and salt. Enjoy with rice.
