Homemade "Lara" Bars

Ingredients: 

1 1/4 cup almonds*
1 cup pitted dates
1 cup organic dried apricots (substitute dried cherries, cranberries)
Pinch of sea salt

Add ins: cocoa powder, chocolate chips, coconut shreds, lemon zest, nut butters - use small amounts at first and add more if necessary
