4 cups of shredded cheddar cheese ( I usually get the sharp)
1 can of cheddar cheese soup
1 can of evap milk
1 cup of milk
1 egg
½ cup of butter
Salt/pepper
1. Boil your macaroni about 5 minutes then drain , put them back in the pan you boiled them in and add ½ cup of butter , stir to coat
2. In a big bowl, put the soup, evap milk, milk, egg and whisk together
3. Add 3 cups of the cheese and mix
4. Spray your 9x13 pan with cooking spray, pour the noodles in the pain then pour over the cheese mixture, stir to combine
5. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 …about 30 minutes into cooking time I sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese over the stop and continue to bake for 15 minutes.
