1 tsp ground allspice
1 1/2 tsps ground ginger
1 tsp nutmeg
4 large eggs
3 cups fresh pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 vanilla extract (optional)
Dry ingredients, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, allspice, nutmeg, ginger in a large bowl mix well then add eggs, evaporated milk and vanilla extract mix well. Pour in crust pie.
Bake at 425 for the first 15 minutes, then turn temperature down to 350 and bake another 46 to 60 minutes, until a clean knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
