Plain cashews. Plain sunflower seeds
Plain almonds. 4 cups of whole rolled oats
Wheat germ
Flax seeds
Coconut
Sesame seeds
Wet ingredients :
1 1/2 cup honey
1tbsp cinnamon
1tsp vanilla
1/3 cup olive oil
Mix in all the ingredients together ,
Then put it on a non stick pan, bake in the oven @ 300 for 10 min,
Then pull it out of the oven and mix it up , put back in the oven for 15 more min . Or just keep watching till they turn golden brown.
Pull it out of the oven pour it directly on parchment paper because once it cools it get's very sticky . And form it into a big bar once it's cool then you can cut it up.
* you change the seeds and nuts to whatever you like I added dried fruits in some.
