Ingredients: 

Beef ham--- 2 pound, cut in 2-inch sized pieces, 20 pieces
1 big onion, chopped
1 pound chicken breasts, skinless (chicken pieces)
1 block Tofu, cut in 1-inch sized pieces
1 Tb sesame paste
2 Tb chili bean paste
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1/5 cup salad oil
2 Tb soy bean sauce
3 1/2 Tb garlic sauce
1 Tb fish soy sauce
2 cup water
Salt to taste


 1. Season with sesame paste, soy bean sauce, salad oil, vegetable oil and sugar.

2. Heat water in a big steamer over medium high heat. When the water is boiling, add onions, beef ham and Tofu and cook them together until ingredients are cooked. 3. Add the bean paste or garlic sauce. 4. Add the soy bean sauce in the last 3 minutes when the ingredients are cooked. Let us wait for 3 minutes. 5. Mix the chicken pieces with the sesame paste, fish soy sauce and some water. 6. Eat!!!
