¼ cup raw cane sugar or light brown sugar
½ cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon dried ginger
3/4 cup grated zucchini, patted dry
3/4 cup chopped dark chocolate
