print
Ingredients:

Assorted cheeses (such as cheddar, brie, goat cheese, blue cheese, etc.)
Assorted cured meats (such as prosciutto, salami, pepperoni, etc.)
Nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, pistachios, etc.)
Fresh fruit (such as grapes, berries, figs, etc.)
Dried fruit (such as apricots, dates, cranberries, etc.)
Olives and pickles
Crackers and bread
Assorted spreads and dips (such as hummus, pesto, jam, etc.)

  1. Start by selecting a large board or platter to arrange your ingredients on.

  2. Cut the cheeses into bite-sized pieces and arrange them on the board.

  3. Roll up the cured meats and place them on the board around the cheeses.

  4. Fill small bowls with the nuts, fresh fruit, and dried fruit and place them on the board.

  5. Add the olives and pickles to the board, placing them in between the other ingredients.

  6. Arrange the crackers and bread around the board, filling in any empty spaces.

  7. Finish the grazing board by adding small bowls of assorted spreads and dips, such as hummus, pesto, and jam.

  8. Serve the grazing board immediately or cover it with plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
