How to Make Kimchi


4 Tablespoons of sea salt or kosher salt
4 cups of water
1.5 pounds Napa cabbage
1 daikon radish, thinly sliced in half moons
3 carrots
1 medium yellow onion
4 garlic cloves
2-inch knob of ginger
1 - 2 Tablespoons gochugaru (Korean red chili pepper flakes)
4 green onions, chopped
