Hummus and monterey jack wraps

Ingredients: 

1 1/2 cups prepared hummus
4 large flour tortillas (at least 12-inch diameter)
1 cup shredded reduced-fat pepper Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 cup shredded carrots
3 baby cucumbers, thinly sliced
2 scallions (white and green parts), chopped
2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
