Impossibly Easy Pumpkin Pie 9"
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9" pie plate.
Blend all ingredients except pecans until smooth.
Pour into pie plate. Add pecans
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
