Italian Chicken Casserole

Notes: 

* I used 1 jar of spaghetti sauce since we don't like chunks of tomatoes

* I combined half mozzarella / half cheddar for the 1 cup of cheese that goes on top of the casserole

* Added 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, 2 tbsp. of fresh parsley, & 1/2 c. of pepperoni to sauce/chicken mixture

Ingredients: 

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 cup Onion, Chopped
3 cloves Garlic, Chopped
3 cups Cooked Chicken, Cubed
2 cans Diced Tomatoes With Garlic, Basil, Oregano, 14 Ounce Cans
1 cup Heavy Cream
3 Ounces Cream Cheese
2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
8 ounces, weight Angel Hair Pasta, Cooked According To Package Instructions, And Kept Warm
