Italian Meatballs

Ingredients: 

2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. Romano cheese, grated (imported preferred)
1 tsp. salt
Black pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. cooled spaghetti sauce (makes the meatballs moist and soft) - mix with ingredients

2 cups spaghetti sauce - cook in pan.


Mix all ingredients well and shape into slightly larger than golf-ball size. Place in 10 inch stove skillet on medium heat with sauce. Cook for approx. 30-45 minutes or until meat is cooked through. Cut for a test.
