Ingredients: 

rice
corned beef or can of pink salmon
2 habanero peppers
big can of peeled whole tomatoes
2 tomatoes diced by hand
onions
green,red,or yellow peppers cut
2 Maggi cubes
adobo seasoning
(cooked turkey or chicken breast)-optional
canola oil


put canola oil in pan to cover bottom and add peppers and onions...cook until sautéed...add cut up tomatoes to pan and sizzle

in blender add can of peeled tomatoes with 2habanero pepper and blend

pour blender mixture into pan...add adobo and Maggi cubes...

let Maggi cubes dissolve in sauce and sauce should be soupy...add meat as well

after soup mixture has cooked...add rice to pot and mix around until all rice is covered

add enough water to let rice cook then place under lower temperature with plastic bag and pan cover(to ensure rice cooks evenly)...could place egg in food to let it boil and when it's ready the rice will b

cook for about 50minutes or until rice is like u want

serve with shito toincrease flavor
