Jamocha Silk Pie

Ingredients: 

12.3 oz silken tofu
2 T cocoa powder
2 T (or more) almond milk
1 T vanilla
1/4 c brewed coffee
1 c flaked coconut

1 c dark chocolate chips, melted and cooled
2 T agave
pinch salt

1/2 c chopped toasted pecans

Graham cracker crust


Blend tofu through coconut in blender or food processor. Add melted chocolate, agave and salt; blend. Add additional milk or agave if desired. Stir in pecans. Pour into graham cracker crust. Freeze for 30 min. Stir in refrigerator for up to one week.
