Kerabu Tang Hoon

Ingredients: 

Glass noodle (soaked) - 300 grams
Prawns (small, shelled & cooked) - 150 grams
Minced Ginger flower - some for garnishing
Fried shallots - some for garnishing

Seasoning sauce:
3 tbsp Sambal belachan
2 tbsp Lime juice
2 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
100 ml Thick coconut milk
Salt to taste


 Directions

  1. Mix seasoning ingredients well in a big mixing bowl.
  2. Soak and blanch glass noodles then mix well with cooked prawns and seasoning ingredients.
  3. Garnish with some minced ginger flower ands fried shallots. Serve.
