Key Lime Martini

Ingredients: 

1 shot vanilla vodka
1/2 shot sweet and sour
1 1/4 shot simple syrup (instructions below)
1/2 lime (1 whole small)

Directions

  1. Combine all liquid ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Squeeze lime and shake to combine contents
  3. Pour into a martini glass

Simple Syrup Directions:

  1. Boil water
  2. Combine 1.5 parts sugar to 1 part water
  3. Stir until nearly clear

Servings: 1 drink
