Two carrots
1/2 can of corn (or 1 if using small can)
Mayonnaise
Sugar
Salt
Pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil
Clean Cabbage (white and purple) and peel two carrots. Cut into small thin pieces. Add half can of corn (or, if using small can, use a full one).
For dressing, add 1/2-2/3 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, one pinch black pepper mix then add lemon juice (from full lemon). Mix then add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Add sauce to salad and mix.
