Koosa

1) Clean 1 cup rice w/ water in bowl. Let sit for 30 min.
2) Throw out water, add minced beef.
3) To rice, add ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ¼ cube of chicken maggi, 3 tablespoons corn oil. MIX and put into koosa. Put koosa in pot.
4) To a different bowl, add 3-4 cups water, 20 grams tomato paste, 1 teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ¾ cube magi. Mix.
5)Pour sauce on top of koosa, turn heat on high until it boils, then turn on medium for about an hour.
