Lasagna

Ingredients: 

1 lb of ground meat
1 onion chopped
28 oz of spaghetti sauce
16 oz of cottage cheese
1 pt of ricotta cheese
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
8 oz of shredded cheese
GF Lasagna Noodles


Preheat oven to 350 degrees - 45-60 Minutes

  1. Saute onions and ground meat
  2. Add spagetti sauce
  3. Mix cottage cheese, ricotta, parmesan, and eggs
  4. Put sauce in the bottom of dish.
  5. Layer noodles, meat sauce, and cheese.
  6. Put sauce on the top and cover (45 min)
  7. Uncover, add cheese, and cook additional 15 minutes
