Left over Chicken – Curried

Notes:

Outside of sandwiches and maybe a Chicken salad – the left overs from Sunday can be a bit of a head scratcher, especially when you’ve bought a 10lb chook for 2 people!!

This was a staple in our house when I was growing up and is essentially my Ma’s recipe, but I’ve replaced the bought curry powder for my own. I highly recommend making your own paste as it out strips anything you can buy in a packet and you can regulate the constitute parts as you feel like ie ie more coriander, less ginger etc, etc.
