Lemon basil chicken with peas

5 oz chicken breast
¾ cups green peas (cooked and drained) (~4 oz)
1 ½ tsp olive oil (extra virgin)
2 cups spinach leaves (raw) (~2 oz)
¼ onion (medium sized) (~1 oz)
1 garlic clove (~⅛ oz)
optional: ½ lemon (~1 oz)
optional: 1 ⅔ tbsp fresh basil (chopped)
optional: 1 ½ tsp soy sauce, without sugar
optional: ¼ tsp black pepper
