Lemon Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients: 

1¼ cups all-purpose flour
1½ tsp. baking powder
2½ tsp. sugar
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking soda
1½ cups buttermilk, plus 2 to 4 tablespoons if needed to thin the batter
1 tsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. lemon zest
2 T. vegetable oil
1 egg, lightly beaten
1½ cups blueberries

Blueberry Syrup

1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 Tablespoon butter
