Lemon Blueberry Scones

Ingredients: 

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 lemons, zested
Pinch of salt
8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter, cold and cubed
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 large egg
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, plus extra if needed
