Lemon Blueberry Scones

Ingredients: 

4 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
½ cup sugar
1½ cup cold butter, cut into cubes
1 cup milk (I used 2%)
4 eggs (lightly beaten)
2 tsp vanilla extract
zest from one lemon
2 cups fresh blueberries
1 egg for egg wash
3 cups powdered sugar
6 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
juice from ½ a lemon (about 2 tablespoons)
