Lemon Coconut Bars

Ingredients: 

1 cup all purpose flour
¼ cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup sweetened flaked coconut, toasted, cooled
6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) chilled unsalted butter, cut into ½-inch cubes
2 tablespoons coconut oil (or an additional 2 tablespoons of butter)
1 cup sugar
4 large eggs
½ cup fresh lemon juice
4 teaspoons (packed) finely grated lemon peel
2 teaspoons all purpose flour
Pinch of salt
