Ingredients
◦1/2 tsp gelatin
◦1 1/2 tsp water
◦2 eggs at room temp
◦3 egg yolks at room temp
◦1/2 cup sweetener (I used hermesetas)
◦1/2 cup lemon juice (approx juice of 2 large lemons)
◦45g unsalted butter cut into small chunks
