Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
2 TB sp flour
3 TB so cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
2 lemons (mejer sized) juiced and ZESTED
2 TB sp butter
1 1/2 cups water
4 egg yolks BEATEN before adding

Pie filling

In a medium saucepan,whisk together sugar,flour,cornstarch and salt, water,lemon juice with all the lemon zest.
Cook until mixture boils on med high heat.
Stir in butter.
Add the already beated egg yolks.
Stir until thick.
