2 cups flour
3 eggs
2 tsps baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk
Lemon juice of 5 lemons
1 tbs lemon rind
1 1/3cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
Poppy seeds
1/2 cup butter
Dont forget to dust the baking pan with flour!
Bake as a usual cake. The lemon rind adds falour.
Mix lemon juice and icing sugar and coat on the cake once it has cooked
