Ingredients: 

1 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup vanilla pea protein powder (or plain diary free protein powder + 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract)
1/4 cup hulled tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 heaped teaspoons lemon zest
4 medjool dates
2 tablespoons shredded coconut (optional)
