Lemon Yoghurt Cake With Lemon Syrup


13/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
2-3 tsp of lemon juice
grated rind of 2 lemons
3/4 cups oil
1 cup of vanilla yoghurt
2 cups of self-raising flour
100g caster sugar
juice of 2 or 3 lemons (depends on how tangy you like it)
Zap in microwave to desolve, about 30 seconds.
