Loaded Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients: 

4 sticks softened butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups packed brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
4 cups flour
5 cups oats, processed
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 cups chopped nuts
2 11.5 oz. bags chocolate chips
1 11.5 oz. bag chocolate chips, processed in food processor (not ground fine)


In a large bowl, beat together butter, sugar, and brown sugar.

Add eggs and vanilla. Blend together until combined.

Add flour, processed oatmeal (food processor), baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add chopped nuts, chocolate chips, processed chocolate chips (food processor).

Mix with hand mixer, cover and refrigerate at least 5 hours or overnight.

Form dough into ball and bake in 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until lightly brown. Do not over bake.
