1 lb basmati long grain rice
1 lb lamb or beef, cut into 1/4" cutes
1 lb string beans
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 T tomato paste or 1 (16-oz) can tomato sauce
1/4 t turmeric
1/2 t cinnamon
Juice of a lime/lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil
Water
