Low Carb Cheddar Drop Biscuit Recipe

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup almond flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided (I recommend Cabot Private Stock)
4 large eggs
3/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (I recommend Cabot full fat sour cream)
1/4 cup butter, melted
